overflowing

yes, i finally had a dream i remembered! :) i meant to post this earlier since i had the dream friday night of last week, but i kept putting it off. therefore the dream is officially a bit hazy at this point, but i will do my best to recover what was lost and complete the story.

it started off with a bunch of log ppl going to eat breakfast at this restaurant up in some hills. actually the hills were more like mountains. we all drove up and finally parked in this cliff like parking lot. apparently this restaurant was pretty popular because many ppl were headed in that direction. then as we headed over there, i suddenly found myself in this huge theater. there was stadium like seating and at the bottom where a stage would normally be was an alter. i think mass was about to start because it begin filling up. log ppl scattered and we all sat in different areas. i sat down and before i knew it, it was communion. so we started walking down the steps towards the alter to receive communion. since the church was so full the priest realized he had run out of hosts. at that point there were still hundreds of ppl waiting to receive communion. i was a bit worried, but the priest didn't seem to look uncertain. the ciborium was completely empty, but the priest still kept pulling more hosts out. and one by one we received communion. now another interesting part comes in when we went to drink the wine. unlike the ciborium, the cups were not empty, but overflowing with wine. kathee barrera was one of the eucharistic ministers and she had this astonished look on her face. the wine was literally flowing out of the cups and onto the floor. it was quite amazing really. i remember frances wiping the wine that had dripped onto the floor with a white clean cloth. everytime she wiped away, the cloth still remained white. finally mass ended and the last thing i remember of the dream was looking out one of the windows of the church. the church was at the edge of a cliff over looking the city. it was dark now, but the city lights were bright. i gently pushed the blinds aside and stared out to see these city lights. it was rather beautiful. and then i woke up.

so yes, overflowing and never ending! oh the beauty of it all. :) good night!
