a VIGILANTE doctor?!

i had a dream that i was a vigilante doctor being chased by a team of agents out to capture me. i was evading capture in and around a building rife with spiraling staircases, secret rooms, random peep holes in walls, elevators, crawl tunnels, deep stairwells, trap doors, etc etc etc. after running through and around and all over the building, and crawling, sliding, jumping from place to place, i managed to find a safe hiding spot outdoors behind a wall. it was there where i was able to do what apparently my mission was: perform a sex change on some lady. her (or his?) baby was there when i was about to start. and then BAM...end of dream (or nightmare?)
